If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item(s). We will gladly exchange it or refund your money once all opened and unopened items that you wish to return are returned to us. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once the merchandise is received, we will issue a refund within 7 business days of receiving your return minus the original shipping charges. In the event it is an exchange, we will pay the shipping charges for the replacement item.
If it is our error and shipped you the incorrect merchandise, then we will naturally cover all shipping charges to get our product back and ship you the correct item.
