Feeling Thankful
2020 has been less than a perfect year for most. Despite this pandemic, I feel more thankful this year. We have entered the month known as the month of thanks and I can say that I am very thankful to be able to be with family cooking and enjoying being together.
We are finding new ways to be together with friends as well, even though we may be miles apart or even two doors down. With Zoom and other medias that allow us to video chat, we can still cook together and be together sharing memories and making new ones. In celebration of thanks, I am excited to share a couple of our family favorites to try and share with family and friends.
Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette and a family favorite fourth generation maple recipe inspired by my great grandmother, Baba, Maple Rag Muffins. These are sure to get everyone’s taste buds screaming for more. I hope you enjoy these as much as my family does.
